Report all risk management duties allocated by Quality Head.
Establish risk management plan.
Communication with all process’s owners regarding to Risk analysis and evaluation.
set and implementation appropriate mitigation actions plans to minimize the risks.
Direct training that aids with Promoting risk awareness and reducing organization overall risks.
Coordinate with change control and deviation system to ensure appropriate assessment of actions and CAPAs.
Perform IPC tests and conduct regular process checks.
Follow up the application of GMP roles in production area
Monitoring and follow up for all environmental monitoring in production area.
In-depth knowledge of packaging process.
knowledgeable about packaging material.
Support in the approval cycle to ensure that design and regulations requirements for each new product, new pack or changes to existing packaging are compliant.
Coordinate with all external and internal stakeholders to ensure that packaging material met the required specifications.
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or science.
Up to date knowledge of current GMP & good documentation practice as per EDA Regulatory requirements, WHO, FDA, ISO&ICH guidelines.
2 - 5 years’ experience in similar Job in pharmaceutical industry especially in sterile pharmaceutical areas.
Working experience as IPC or production is preferred
Familiar with SAP system
Excellent Computer skills (Specially Word, Excel, and Visio)
Good command of English (spoken and written)
