SC QC Senior Associate – Customer Complaints At Pepsico Egypt
Location; Alex, Egypt
1 Apply weekly and Monthly analysis report Related to Customer Complaint in Plant and related DCs.
2 Follow up on Pest Control Program with FS Leader in Plant and DCs.
3 Follow Up on FIFO program in Plant and DCs.
4 Follow Up on Repack Program and apply monthly report for it.
5 Investigate on Root Cause related to Complaint and report to quality manger.
6 Control Foreign Matter Program to prevent any FG produced with FMs.
7 periodic visits for DCs and plant to ensure effectiveness Customer Complaint Program.
8 Apply CAP for each Complaint and cascade needed actions to plant team.
9 Monitor Traceability Program and apply MOCK Recall.
10 Apply SOPs related To Customer Complaint.
11 handle the Complained Customer according to Company Policy within 48 Hrs.
12 Update Shopping List and apply on it and apply Marketing visits.
13 Ensure applying of NFSA requirements in DCs with coordination with DCs Supervisor and FS Leader.
14 Roll out quality and food safety awareness to the plant and DCs teams.
15 Monitor and control foreign objects in all areas of the plant.
16 Assume other duties as assigned by area management.
1 BSC. degree in science or agriculture or equivalence from recognized university.
2 Minimum 2 years’ experience in field of food industries will be an added value.
3 Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
4 Very good command on MS package.
5 Very good written and spoken English.
