Job Purpose:
To manage all the Warehousing activities and inventory management and manage the customs clearance operations for the Consumer imported shipments
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically Manage the warehouse and Logistics LSPs to meet operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Warehousing & Distribution
Manage all inbound operations for any shipments to 3PL WH
Supervise receiving, warehousing and distribution operations
Analyze and solve problems involving inventory variances, receipt discrepancies, returns, obsolete damage, custom pallets, confirmations, past dues, and unfilled orders
Provide monthly closing stocks & in transit reports for 3PL
Provide monthly SLOBs report to identify ageing & obsolete stocks for further actions
Support commercial team for executing repacking of promotions in time efficient manner
Ensure all quality standards are met according to Haleon standards and policies
Recommend process improvements and implement once approved
Ensure New product launch logistics and shipping arrangements.
Manage supplier invoices and POs
Supervise the below activities and act as point of escalation in case of issues with freight forwarder or custom clearance agent
Manage all Haleon Consumer imported shipments from different sites
Manage customs clearance agents to ensure work is done in an efficient and compliant manner.
Review new product launch prior shipping docs, PL shelf life, registration status to give green light
Follow up with clearance agent on the progress shipment clearance
Supervise the activities related to M.O.H sampling, releasing, documentation and analysis of materials to precede the batches release as per the regulations of quality and system.
Enforce a robust, simplified, standardized, world class Supply Chain operations for the clearance and warehousing areas through clear SOPs
Keeping records of all demurrages, detentions, etc. and follow up with the concerned buyers for settlements and implements preventive actions to avoid customs penalties.
Examining invoices and shipping manifests for conformity to tariff and customs regulations
Responsible on Consumer team in Haleon Custom brokerage tender and participate in the selection process
