- Provide exceptional service to our customers, Being professional while maintaining a friendly attitude.
-Ability to identify the customer's requirements, troubleshoot the problem & provide excellent customer service.
-Answer inbound calls & Follow up on pending cases.
-Moderation of customer service inquiries via social media, emails & over the phone (voice & non-voice).
If you are a fresh graduate/graduate with a past experience ( minimum 2 years) in the customer support field with a good English profile (B1+ or B2), have the team spirit and into sports then that's your chance.
- Daily operation from the office.
- Location: City Center Almaza.
- Timeline: rotational shifts and weekends.
