Summary:
Monitoring of GxP related processes inside the production to assure compliance of the product and/or processes with required standards/regulation
Job requirements:
· Perform line clearance checks before the start of various production process to make sure line is cleaned/ cleared properly.
· Monitor packaging production processes and dispensing operations to make sure the process meets the required specifications.
· Review and verify various production logbooks, forms and records to make sure that requirement are met and proper GDP were followed.
· Review and check waste disposal slips, return labels and calibration labels to make sure data are correct, complete and procedure were followed.
· Report/ revise incident cases to set/ review appropriate corrections.
· Assure compliance of personnel and environmental control measures and gowning instructions with the required standards.
· Communicate notes and remark to the Compliance Lead and Senior Assurer (On Ground) to get timely feedback on related issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy
