Job Description
Ensure Raw milk quality and food safety during production, collection, and transportation operations at MCCs within approved suppliers list for Beyti.
Monitor milk collection process and milk quality starting sub-sources and at MCC site.
Monitor & control cleaning and sanitation practices at MCC site.
Conduct milk analysis for all collected raw milk at MMC site.
Conduct frequent audits for MCC using checklist covering food safety and quality aspects.
Apply needed awareness and training sessions for MCC workers.
Apply verification sampling to be analyzed at 3rd party labs, verifying quality, food safety and food fraud aspects on annually basis per supplier.
Support on qualification of new selected suppliers.
Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in food science or dairy related.
Experience: (3-5 years of experience).
