Job Description
Raya Foods; a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a Section Head (Quality Assurance) with the below job responsibilities and qualifications:

Key job responsibilities:

Executing works according to the quality policy and to achieve the requirements for accrediting the laboratory according to the international standard (ISO / IEC: 17025/2017)
Review and evaluate suppliers' operations in accordance with agreed specifications and contracts.
Follow up on the implementation of the farm reviews plan - and submit questionnaire reports for review and approval.
Supervising the achievement of quality standards for receiving, production, packaging and laboratories.
Follow up on standard operating procedures (SOPʼs) for production and packaging operations, cleaning and disinfection programs, and pest control programs.
Implementing the awareness plan for the quality policy and systems for the employees and Participating in the training plan for the cleaning and disinfection program and controlling the consumption rates of the materials and chemicals used.
Preparing documents related to the requirements for food safety standards and laboratory specifications (ISO / IEC 17025: 2017).
specifications of agricultural raw materials and production requirements, as well as the specifications of the final products.
Preparing the internal audit plan and overseeing its implementation.
Receiving and studying customer questionnaires and submitting them to the Quality head.
Examining and resolving customer complaints.
Supervising the implementation of corrective and preventive measures taken towards points of non-conformity of processes, products and requirements.
Commitment to the quality of testing performed by the laboratory for clients.
Follow up on the results of the analyzes performed by the laboratory for microbial swabs for workers, machines and products.
Preparing a food safety plan, inventory and risk identification, and approved by the Quality Manager.
