Job description
Bakers for Food Industries | Exception Patissier is looking for:
HR Specialist – ( Egyptians Males Only )
With experience in the Food & Beverage speciallly in Pastry industry to provide support to

Human Resources team with the following responsibilities:
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Undertaking tasks around performance management.
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Answer employee questions or complaints about salaries and payments.
Produce reports to upper management upon request.
Check payroll information for accuracy and ensure all relevant paperwork is in orde
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or relevant field
Proven experience as an HR Generalist with minimum 1-2 yr experience
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
