Continues Improvement Lead At Beyti Egypt
Accountable for executing continuous improvement (CI) initiatives across the functions. The position is responsible for implementing and executing the strategies that works to impact Quality, Cost, and delivery at functional and organization level. This position will provide training, expertise, and direction for improvement activities to support the business goals and objectives at functional level, also work closely with a cross-functional leadership team, to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective operational/business solutions for all aspects of the business functions.
Identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking.
Lead and facilitate process improvement-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions.
Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working.
Identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system.
Develop and Implement Lean strategy and use six sigma tools and methodologies (VSM, DMAIC, SMED, etc.) to lead kaizen project.
Determine and drive best practices in equipment reliability, total cost of ownership and providing technical support for proactive maintenance.
Education: Bachelor’s degree of Electrical/Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Engineering.
Experience: (5-7 years of experience) in FMCG industry.
Certified Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt is must.
Coordinate with all the stakeholders.
5S, Lean, Total Productive Maintenance, Total Quality Management, 6 Sigma.
Must have a working understanding of and experience with automation techniques.
