The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen. The candidate must be able to adapt to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
-Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs.
-Prepare tax documents and all the requirements with their legalities.
-Ensure timely bank payments for all the stakeholders.
-Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
-Compile and analyze financial statements.
-Manage budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
-Minimum 2 Years of Experience.
-Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
-Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

job Duties:

· Maintain and perform all AP tasks for day-to-day activities such as processing payments, and transfers with local and foreign vendors.
· Conducting the 3-way matching and keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, GR, invoices, statements, etc.
· Follow up advances to suppliers and reconcile all vendors accounts.
· Follow up on the staff advance loan & mobiles and analyze to ensure the accuracy of transactions.
· Perform and follow up on Prepaid and accrual expenses.
· Maintain all the affiliated company transactions.
· Solve vendor problems in an accurate manner to avoid any impact on running operations.
· Post journal entries and reviewed all general ledger accounts to ensure the accuracy of transactions recorded. Preparing analyses of AP & expense accounts and producing monthly reports.
· Assist in the annual audit process by compiling data for auditors to review and verify calculations.
· Manage all tax aspects and prepare the monthly VAT report & Preparing Withholding Tax report and submit it to the tax authority on the due date.
· Prepare all reports for all types of taxes inspection.
· Liaison with management across the organization.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a must.
· 2-4 years of experience in the same field
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Good understanding of accounting principles.
· Work effectively as part of a team.
· Hard worker, dedicated and ambitious.
