What You Will Do:

Having the technical specialty to lead the team to provide a safe, qualitative work environment and to get maximum output through training and guidance.
Ensuring smooth and effective operation in the region,
Monitoring the security, identifying the unsafe situations and take precautions against them
Training the new recruits and participating in their orientation
Ensuring completion of the production plan,
Ensuring full and smooth operation in the production area with respect to the conduct of the production and filling lines, the function of the mixers.
Maintaining start-up and operation controls, continuing the work during the shift change.
Guiding people through a change-over situation and focusing on the transition speed
Taking fast and solution-oriented actions on abnormalities and problems
Handling minor technical maintenance works
Playing an active leader role in TPM activities and TPM workshops,
Acting as a mediator between shift supervisors and other departments
Monitoring smooth operation of the production area
Production Chief assigns personnel from different fields depending on the need in the production area.
Manages and trains (technical toolbox) team members – secures the standard work (security, quality, traceability, service, production)
Playing an active leader role in TPM activities and TPM workshops,
General activities are also included to their responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:

Having an undergraduate degree in Chemistry etc. departments
Eager to learn and open to self-development, having strong communication skills.
Being a team-player,
Being flexible and positive,
Having good chemical process knowledge and product expertise
Willing to work in a changing organization
Paying attention to details and having high safety attitude
At least 3 years of experience preferably in the chemical industry as chief of production or a similar position
Knowledge in different production processes
Experience in team management
