Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly HR & payroll reports (i.e. Headcount, Overtime number of hours analysis, etc. )
Collection & submission of any requested documents & files in case of Internal/External Audit and
Tax/Social Inspection
Review & validate and monitor the payment cycle of the Medical Invoices
Responsible for the company Benefits portfolio through finalizing corporate deals & discounts
Handling logistics related to ongoing benefits operations i.e. Premium Card & Now Pay
Finalizing all HR Operations payments requests follow-up with the Finance to ensure payments are finalized
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, majoring in HR or any relevant field
Technical Skills:
Proficiency level in excel, basic knowledge of SAP & Oracle
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in HR Operation, Payroll, or Benefits, preferably in an industrial environment
