- Follow-up the payments and send it to concerned parties.

- Monitoring delivery and reaching site.

- Follow-up of traffic letters process from printing to delivery to the customer.

- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

- Follow up on the CRM system and make the required report.

- Supporting the Operation sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
