Job Description :
- clear bug reports and scenarios to ensure clear communication with the software developer
- Testing software releases by executing assigned tests (manual and/or automated)
- Testing web services and APIs.
- Reporting overall project status and generating statistics.
- Design and Execute in one or more of the Following Testing Types, Automation, Performance.
Requirements:
- BSc or Msc in Computer Science or related degree.
- At least 1 year experience in testing Web.
- Excellent attention to detail to identify defects including Functional/ Non Functional defects.
- ISTQB Certification
- Previous working experience involving agile Scrum
- Experience in the following areas of testing: automation, performance.

➡️ Job Requirements:
1. Supervision of Subordinates: Organize and supervise the activities and work of Project’s Stakeholders to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy
2. Budgets and Plans: Shares in preparing IT Sector and projects’ dedicated budgets and monitors expenditures versus the planned budget, so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified.
3. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures: Recommend improvements to policy and direct the implementation of instructions covering all areas so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
4. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

14. Perform Inventory audits and usage monitoring of all IT assets and record all findings, changes, Physical location, and incidences of support.
15. Communicate with external IT 3rd parties.
➡️ Qualifications:
University degree.
Previous experience in one of the following (managing and delivering Projects/ IT Quality Management Systems /Assets lifecycle management)
Exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery, as well as successful service level Agreement accomplishments.
Basic Knowledge of IT Project Management frameworks and standards (ITIL, Service Desk tools, PMP, Prince2…etc)
