Customer Experience Executive

What You Will Do:
Possess very detailed product knowledge across the portfolio
Drive brand awareness on made by gourmet & Exclusive items”
Possess strong communication and selling skills, meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
Provide ongoing support to customers ensuring a high-quality customer experience
Inform customers of new and promoted products on the shelf as they are introduced
Recommend products/ food solutions to customers
Offer sampling and free tasting to customers
Deliver effective customer surveys (when required)

What You Need:

Fresh Grad or 4th-year student, preferred major (communications, business, marketing, hotel management).
Passion For food.
Very good written and verbal communication in the English language.
leadership with strong communication and selling skills.
Organized, strong thinking & problem-solving.
Working effectively with staff in the store.
