Medical Scientific Writer


Job brief
Marcyrl is looking for an experienced Medical Scientific Writer to join our team. This role involves writing complex scientific, clinical, and regulatory documents (such as protocols, clinical study reports, and publications) across diverse therapeutic areas. The ideal candidate will also mentor junior scientific writers and ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., ICH).

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare investigational medicinal product dossiers, investigator brochures, and clinical study-related documents.
- Develop and publish comprehensive reports, including clinical study reports.
- Write pharmacovigilance documents, such as DSURs, RMPs, and patient narratives.
- Author peer-reviewed publications, abstracts, posters, and presentations.
- Translate scientific articles, clinical documents, and media materials.
- Perform literature reviews to support scientific and clinical projects.
- Collaborate on statistical analysis plans and provide input on data presentation.
- Provide input on statistical analysis plans and the presentation of data in tables and figures.
- Drafting and editing protocols, case reports, and informed consent documents.
- Full literature review about drugs and their active metabolites.
- Reviewing and updating clinical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain compliance and quality standards.
- Ensuring data quality and integrity, performing statistical analysis, and interpreting results to support regulatory submissions.

Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences is a must.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Medical Scientific Writer is essential.
- Familiarity with clinical research processes and regulatory standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
