Summary about the Program

We are looking for ambitious fresh graduates – future leaders – looking to explore their passionate career throughout our graduate program. You will get exposed to our intensive Graduate Management Program (GMP) which is designed to give you a huge experience in different aspects of the business.
Starting from the first day, you’ll go through a comprehensive Onboarding Program that systematically exposes you to all areas of the organization.
You’ll participate in a four- to six-month rotation development program including:
- HR
- Marketing
- Sales
- Finance
- Export
Engineering graduates will also be exposed to:
- Production
- Maintenance
- Supply chain
- Quality

Requirements:

- Entry-level from 0 to 1 years of experience maximum.
- Bachelor’s degree in (Business & Engineering) majors.
- Previous or current participation in extracurricular and volunteering activities.
- Flexible, adaptive, and responsive to the specific needs of the position.
- Superb Communication skills.
- A people person, street smart, and able to understand different characters.
- Interpersonal and organizational skills including attention to detail.
-Problem-solving and risk-management skills.
- Management and planning Knowledge and skills.
- Innovative and willingness to explore.
- Mathematical and analytical skills, and ability to link numerical reports to business decisions.
