Job Description
Supervise in Process Quality Assurance & Control activity for the shift.
Process control, Chemical & Physical analysis of Bulk for the Manufacturing Process.
Validation of setup & process on a Periodic basis.
Control of the Packaging Process & maintenance of GMP. Area & Line clearance, End of Line inspection.
Cleaning & Sanitization verification
Proper Documentation & Release.
Conduct audits
Control of Rejections
Skills
Bachelor of Science or any relative degree from a reputable university
2-4 years of Experience in foods, cosmetics or FMCG companies is a must
Good English
Ability to work on rotation shifts.

2-Production Officer
Job Description
Supervise Production Process in his respective shift/section.
Process control, matching Chemical & Physical specs of Bulk for the Manufacturing Process.
Control of the MFG Process & maintenance of GMP.
Maintaining Bulk wastage to be less than approved norms and initiating new kaizens/projects to reduce/eliminate the wastage.
Put the training plan along with maintenance to ensure effective training for all machine operators, Train the workers to follow up the correct hygiene protocols and maintain the records.
Ensure proper distribution of the available permanent workers in the critical points on filling lines along with managing the MP shortage. Intimating all machine issues to maintenance to include it in the preventive maintenance plan.
Change the plan in case of any unexpected stoppage to utilize the workers in other running lines.
Reconciliation of bulk at the end of each run and delivering the same to MFG to regularize the same on SAP.
Skills
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Engineering/science.
FMCG / manufacturing experience is a must.
3-5 Years of experience.
