Explore Internship is Raya’s summer internship program designed for undergraduate students and fresh graduates. Accounting: Gain hands-on exposure to accounting operations and financial processes. Interns will support daily accounting activities, financial reporting tasks, reconciliations, and learn how accounting functions contribute to business performance and compliance. This track is available at Raya Holding.
Aftersales: Gain practical exposure to aftersales operations and vehicle maintenance within the automotive industry. Interns will support technical and operational teams, learn about service center processes, diagnostics, repair procedures, spare parts management, and customer satisfaction practices while understanding how aftersales functions ensure a seamless customer experience. This track is available at Raya Auto factory and Xpeng Showroom.
Business Development: This track offers hands-on exposure to the lifecycle of private label brands — from product sourcing and range planning to go-to-market execution and commercial performance analysis. Interns will work closely with the business development team to support product decisions, supplier coordination, and brand positioning initiatives. This Track is available at Raya Trade
Human Resources: Gain practical exposure to core HR functions and day-to-day people operations within a dynamic business environment. Interns will support recruitment, employer branding, employee engagement, and HR administrative activities while learning about talent management, organizational processes, and employee experience. Marketing: Gain hands-on exposure to marketing within a dynamic customer experience environment. Interns will support marketing campaigns, content creation, brand communication activities, and market research while learning how marketing strategies drive customer engagement and business growth. Marketing & Customer Experience: Explore the world of automotive marketing, customer experience, and brand communication at Raya Auto. Interns will support marketing campaigns, PR activities, customer engagement initiatives, and digital content creation while gaining exposure to the automotive industry. This Track is available at Raya Auto.
Maintenance: as an electrical or mechanical engineer you will develop a strong understanding of maintenance operations and best practices within an industrial environment. Interns will learn about maintenance planning and scheduling, electrical and mechanical systems, preventive and corrective maintenance, and continuous improvement practices that ensure operational efficiency. This track is available at Raya Electric.
Finance: Gain hands-on exposure to finance functions within a dynamic business environment. Interns will support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and performance analysis activities while learning how finance supports strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and business growth. Sustainability & CSR: Explore how sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives create long-term social and business impact. Supply Chain: Gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations within a dynamic FMCG environment. Interns will learn about warehouse operations and reporting, logistics processes, governmental release procedures, brand registration, fleet management, and procurement activities while understanding how different supply chain functions work together to ensure operational efficiency and business continuity.
