Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Ensure all Production operation Comply with Cleopatra Cement safety and environmental requirements.
- Maintain the safety policy of Cleopatra Cement plant and Responsible for Daily safety induction for all Production Team Member (Operators , Supervisors and Technicians).
- In charge of shift operation team, and training for new comer with all responsibility for Production operation at site and C.C.R (Central Control Room).
- Monitoring production line and Technical reporting of the shift incidents “equipment stoppage, unusual incidents, etc .
- Analyze Production process problems and put an action plan to solve with Production Mgr. & Relative Departments.
- Assure that a consistent quality product is being produced through interaction with the quality control department to meet quality standards & Customer Needs .
- Review operational reports, identify root cause of performance gaps, and take corrective/preventive action to improve production performance.
- Ensure all equipment and machines are operated at optimum Conditions to achieve the Production Planned KPIs.

- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry Science .
Experience:
- +5 years of experience in the Cement Industry is must .
