Social Media Listening Associate At Nestlé Egypt
Position Summary

this role will require to support our markets in managing/ moderating their social media posts on Nestlé owned assets on different social media channles (Facebook, Twitter, ...). As well as handling consumer engagement received through different channels (telephone, Contact us forms, Emails).
A day in the life of...
Handling received engagement to Nestlé Middle East Consumer Care Center through various channels (Telephone, Emails, Contact us forms and Social contacts)
Listen and tag all posts or comments showing on the defined social media assets
Route or escalate posts or comments based on criteria to the relevant Experts
Answer to Consumer posts or comments according to pre-defined rules
Consolidate business metrics, improve Knowledge Base by suggesting Questions/Answer to the Experts
Handle online conversations received to brands different digital assets/platforms (FB, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram..etc.)
What will make you successful
Have 0~1 years of experience.
Fluent in English
Flexible with rotational shifts
Strong Communication skills
Strong Analytical Skills
Ability to work in a challenging environment
