1-Stock Controller
Assume Inventory Control is Just Counting? At SEOUDI its totally different!!We are seeking an organized Stock Controller to Oversee our inventory stock and ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain. The Stock Controller will be responsible for Periodic stock Take, accurately tracking inventory, and cooperate with various departments to ensure timely availability of materials and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent accounting and excel skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Your Daily Adventures will include-
Inventory Management:
· Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, ensuring that stock levels are within set parameters.
· Perform regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency of inventory records.
· Manage inventory discrepancies and investigate variances to identify causes and implement corrective actions.
Order Processing:
· Coordinate with the procurement department for stock review.
· Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies.
Data Management:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the inventory management system.
· Prepare regular reports on inventory status, including stock levels, slow-moving items, and potential stockouts.
· Analyze inventory data to forecast future inventory needs.
Compliance and Quality Control:
· Ensure that all inventory handling complies with company policies and industry standards.
· Implement and monitor stock control procedures to minimize risk of theft, damage, or loss.
· Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

What will make you shine-
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in commerce (Business administration, Accounting, etc….) .
Experience:
· 0-2 years of experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Management, or similar role.
Skills:
· Strong analytical skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, (Particularly Excel)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good Level of English
· Cost Accounting knowledge is preferred.

-Ensure internet performance is acting well.
-Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
-Healthy check of printer devices, attendance machines, IP CAM, and any related network devices.
-Resolve technical problems with LAN and WAN with ISP.
-Install & fix issues related to computer peripherals for users.

Job Requirements

Qualified Candidates will be responsible for:
-Preparing the daily entries, clear, serial, and dated, complete with signatures, and sending them to the line manager.
-Periodic follow-up and review of clients' credit accounts, and prepare reports.
-Audit and review cashiers' safes and make sure that collection and sealing of storage and its balance are correct.
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
-Track bank deposits and payments.
Job Requirements :
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting is a must.
