Summary:
Supervising all work related to health and safety, follow-up injuries and illness cases, and periodical medical examinations and its statistical records
Job requirements:
• Keep up to date with relevant changes in OHS legislation and initiatives.
• Inspect all Company units to follow up the work of technicians with regard to any observations according to the safety and health of workers and the development of control solutions.
• Investigate accidents and work injuries as well as the semi-annual statistics of injuries, occupational diseases, chronic diseases and the rate of severity, frequency and causes to reach the root causes that led to their occurrence and develop control solutions to prevent recurrence again.
• Participate in the preparation of annual and semi-annual plans for regular and preventive maintenance of fire extinguishing equipment and PPE.
• Participate with HSE risk management team to make sure the required control measures are adequate to reduce/eliminate associated risk.

• Comply with Company & Corporate defined rules, SOP’s, systems, policies, guidelines, decisions, Performance Management Systems & communicated targets.
• Comply with HSE regulations, standards, & instructions, ensure working in a safe manner that does not endanger self or co-workers, Observe & report unsafe conditions, and be familiar with defined emergency plans
• Comply with HR declared policies, regulations, & targets. Enforce employee’s commitment & compliance.
Complete mandatory training assigned on time, & Participate in personnel development and training sessions as required.
• Comply with Company & Corporate related Quality SOP’s, GMP, ISO & MOH Standards
• Fulfill other related tasks as asked by management and as arising from the business.

Review, propose & monitor that all policies & procedures are updated & aligned with company & government regulations, ensuring that all documents, forms & related SOPs are updated, communicated & strictly implemented to guarantee continuous improvement of Department activities and compliance with defined standards.
Qualifications:
Education :- (Science, Engineering, Veterinary or Agriculture).
Experience:- 3 to 5 years in pharmaceutical & Industrial Organization
