Job Description
Ensuring the implementation of QMS in all departments.
Monitoring of temperature conditions in warehouses, cold rooms & products overprinting area.
Monitoring of trucks of inbound & outbound shipments.
Responsible for controlling, distributing, reviewing, cancellation and obsoleting of the right versions of the SOPs among all departments to have an updated quality system.
Conducting Audits/Visits on different departments regularly & Preparing audits check lists to ensure efficiency of ISO & SOPs implementation.
Conducting External Audits on Suppliers to identify, address and prevent problems in a supplier's product quality.
Preparing proper Quality training material, plan, needs and assessment materials for each position in the company to confirm the effectiveness of the trainings.
Collecting records from all departments to make sure that all records are done according to good documentation practices to confirm the documents compliance with implementation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
1-2 years’ solid experience.
Hands-on experience in administrative tasks.
The ability to communicate effectively.
The ability to organize, focus and work under pressure.
Very Good communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
