Responsibilities & Duties:
- Planning for the Outpatient Pharmacy schedule according to the workload & expected flow of shifts to maintain all provided services with the same level of patient care.
- Inventory of medications’ orders, monitoring of errors, and follow-up with the Stores to ensure the full inventory availability & check the accuracy of orders on HIS.
- Building highly strong sustainable relations & engagement with patients and handling their complaints in a perfect way to achieve GMC objectives of patient satisfaction.
- Outpatient prescriptions’ dispensing and over-the-counter (OTC) medications selling & working properly on their entry on HIS.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Experience 2-3 years in hospital field as Senior Outpatient Pharmacist or 5 years experience in community pharmacies .
- Sales Management Diploma is preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Very Good Excel.

3-Complete renewal & exist products’ registration process at MOH.

5-Prepares and submit files and reports to related regulatory authority.
6-Coordinate & follow all steps of registration in EDA (Egyptian Drug Authority) including Stability Study, Bioequivalence Study, Inserts, Packs and NODCAR files till approval
7-Follows up batches and raw material submitted samples for analysis till receiving conformity
8-Coordinate & collaborate with the R&D, Q.C, Production, Marketing team members
~Job Requirements :
1-Bachelor Degree in any pharmacy, medicine or veterinary medicine.
2-Good command of English language (written and spoken)
