Quality Compliance Supervisor
• 5 - 7 years of experience in related pharmaceutical Management - Job Description :
Report to:
Quality Compliance Manager
Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Performs a wide variety of activities to ensure compliance with applicable quality objectives and interested parties’ needs and expectations.
2. Responsible for internal auditing system through planned and unplanned audits in different areas to ensure compliance with the GMP and other concerned regulations.
3. Host external audits (second- and third-party audits).
4. Notifies manager of third parties compliance questions and issues.
5. Follow up the Audit CAPA’s and measure its implementation with responsible parties and effectiveness.
6. Implements and maintains the GMP program and processes to ensure high quality products and compliance with current GMPs.
7. Collaborates with different departments to issue annual training plan.
8. Coordinate, perform and evaluate the effectiveness of training, implementing modifications when necessary.
9. Participates as required in training on different management systems affecting own area of work.
10. Leads project team within functional area, as needed.
11. Participates in cross-functional teams as appropriate for own functional area.
12. Develop, coordinate implementation, and monitor different management systems throughout the organization.
13. Performs other related duties and assignments as required and defined by management.
• Experience with GMP, client facility audits and ISO standards [9001,14001, and 45001].
• Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001 is preferred.
• A highly motivated self-starter that can work with minimal supervision.
• Education: BSc. of science or Pharmacy

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in toll manufacturing or pharmaceutical production.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
