1-Finished Product Quality Control Specialist


Location: Badr City

Mash Premiere is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finished Product Quality Control Specialist to join our team at our pharmaceutical factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of all finished pharmaceutical products before they are released for distribution. This role involves conducting thorough inspections, tests, and evaluations to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform visual inspections and quality control checks on finished pharmaceutical products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
2. Conduct testing and analysis using various laboratory equipment and techniques to verify the identity, purity, and potency of finished products.
3. Document all quality control activities, results, and findings accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Collaborate with other departments, including production, packaging, and regulatory affairs, to address any quality issues or deviations.
5. Participate in investigations of non-conformances, deviations, and complaints related to finished products, and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to finished product quality control.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, or related field.
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment or quality control role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and other relevant quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and overseeing stability studies to assess the quality, safety, and efficacy of our products throughout their shelf life. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for stability testing.

Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop stability protocols and testing procedures for pharmaceutical products, raw materials, and packaging components.
2. Conduct stability studies according to regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH) to evaluate the physical, chemical, and microbiological properties of products under various storage conditions.
3. Monitor and analyze stability data to assess product stability, degradation pathways, and shelf-life predictions.
4. Identify and investigate any out-of-specification results or deviations observed during stability testing.
5. Collaborate with formulation scientists, analytical chemists, and quality assurance personnel to support product development and regulatory submissions.
6. Prepare stability reports, summaries, and documentation for regulatory filings and internal use.
7. Participate in stability-indicating method development and validation activities as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in conducting stability studies in a pharmaceutical or research environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ICH) for stability testing and documentation.
- Familiarity with analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectroscopy) used in stability testing.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and optimize analytical methods for the analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

2. Validate analytical methods according to regulatory guidelines and industry standards to ensure their accuracy, precision, and robustness.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to analytical methods, instrumentation, and data interpretation.

4. Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and technicians to implement new methodologies and technologies for research projects.

5. Train laboratory personnel on new analytical methods, procedures, and equipment to ensure consistent and reliable results.


Qualifications:

- bachelor ‘s degree in pharmacy , Sciences, or related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in developing and validating analytical methods in a research or pharmaceutical environment.

- Strong knowledge of chromatographic techniques, spectroscopic methods, and other analytical instrumentation.

- Experience with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ICH) for method validation and documentation.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
