Production Senior Specialist at Juhayna Food Industries
Job Description
Prepares purchase orders for the required material to achieve the production plan.
Sets the shifts schedule for the team to facilitate the work flow.
Ensures product conformity such as the existence of the expiry date, machine number, operator code, accuracy of the production timing, packages’ shape and weight.
Communicates to his direct manager and the maintenance team, the machines’ performance reports, to ensure its efficiency.
Assures delivery of the final product to the warehouse.
Handles SAP entries such as products’ type & produced quantity.
Supervises the workers in his shift.
Ensures his team adherence to the required standards such as (Industrial health & safety, GMP, food Safety (HACCP), uniform and personal hygiene).
Hands over his shift responsibilities to his colleagues in an appropriate manner.
Supports the team leader for organizing the shifts and the needed manpower in each area.
Attend the FST meetings
Communicate with the FST about new formulas and new materials.
Follow up product specs.
Follow up production flow

Requirements:
1-2 years of professional experience in Food Production or Dairy Production role.
Bachelor of Agricultural preferably Food Science or Food Technology
Strong Leadership and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Dairy experience is a must.
SAP user.
