Quality Assurance Cell Leader At L'Oréal
Ensuring that products and services meet the established standards set by the L’OREAL.
Raising quality culture on the floor through trainings, daily tours, Team coaching, and raising quality improvement opportunities.
Internal auditor for quality system on the crucial processes.
Change control management through building strong risk assessment.
Animating monthly quality training.
GMP principles follow up and raise NC in case of any deviation detected and ensure CAPA closure ASAP.
Follow up on qualifying production operators through 1:1 evaluation.
Quality validation for all new equipment’s and follow revalidation process
Animate weekly/Monthly quality KPIs
Ensure having zero overdue calibration item.
Work closely with the operation team to improve existing processes
Participate with local QA team in ISOs certification surveillance and renewals
Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
Qualifications for Quality Assurance
Master's degree in a related field preferred
Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
Working knowledge of products and services
Good customer focus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Great team player
Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
