Duties:
Get the standard capacity of all factory machines.
Measure the actual capacity of each factory machine.
Compare the standard capacity against the actual output for each machine per product.
Review MRP on a daily/weekly basis to ensure that materials are available for production on time.
Follow up the execution of the production schedule on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Follow the production plan deviation reports and trace their CAPA.
Responsible for planning Lean manufacturing projects with the (PCE) team.
Coordinating production workflow for one or more production sections.
Adjust production schedule according to Finish goods stock levels and sales orders.
Review planning documents such as work orders before delivering to production and quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Science
1-3 years Previous experience preferred in a pharmaceutical company.
Self-organizing skills.
Communication skills to all levels of staff.
Analytical skills with attention to detail.
Flexibility according to the needs of the processes.
