Key Accountabilities:
Check the checklist of the machine to assure that the working conditions are safe
Conduct inspections of manufactured/repaired/purchased parts and assemblies, including components, circuit card assemblies, wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, and other mechanical, electromechanical, power, microwave, and other electronic subassemblies and/or completed assemblies.
Ensure to maintain In-process control System .i.e. Testing at all stages & Traceability of Records from Raw- Material to finish
Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and other technical documents
Determines product quality and acceptability of inspected items by verifying type, count, and condition carefully checking inspection results against the requirements of the specifications, engineering drawings, and other required quality specifications and/or standards.
Inspections include verifying workmanship to various standards that are required by contract including soldering, potting, painting, crimping, and other assembly processes.
Clearly document observations and findings using written communication skills and general computer operator skills
Receive the production plan monthly from the planning department
Receives the weakly machine loading plan and the approved designs and sketches to start the production process
Using the oracle system issues material requests according to the job order
Assure the implementation of the production according to the process of the workflow
Execute the production plan according to the Standard operating procedures for every process
Prepare a daily production report to be approved by the production manager to be sent to the production planning department
Should have excellent knowledge in troubleshooting, repair & maintenance of power/distribution transformers.
Responsible for all activities of Production, Planning & Quality as per company policies.
Capable of scheduling jobs with maximum manpower utilization & resources to achieve production target in coordination with Planning Dept. & Plant Manager.
Capable to provide technical assistance to production supervisors and technicians as and when required.
Capable to evaluate manpower/ material requirements, cost control solutions, etc.
Prepare Transformer winding data and shop drawings
Cost and time estimation for shop floor and site activities
Responsible for the proper upkeep of all records as per ISO procedures.
Coordinate with planning, procurement, and marketing department for the effective execution of jobs and ensure timely completion of jobs as planned.
Impart technical training from time to time to subordinates to develop their skills.

Education & Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Production Engineering.
Fresh Graduated with a grade at least good.
Strong attitude for using basic computer applications (e.g. MS-Office).
Strong quantitative, analytical, and systems thinking skills.
Effective communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation areas.
Proficiency in English.
