Key Accountabilities :
Comply with HSE requirements and maintain a safe working environment ensuring all company and regulatory standards are achieved at all times.
Comply with Standard Operating Procedures set by the Company Management & convey to direct reports.
Develop monthly production plans according to the machine capacity.
Determine the expected time to produce cables according to machine standard rates.
Participate in maintaining production item master plan, delivery, and production schedules.
Prepare work orders for each production stage.
Send approved production plan and its modifications to all concerned departments.
Participate in expediting and prioritizing work orders and coordinating & managing daily production schedule status.
Participate in issuing and tracking production orders, ensuring that required material is supplied to the production floor, according to the production schedule.
Develop daily machine loading plans and production entries for each process in consultation with a shop in charge.
Develop monthly required wood and metal drums plan for achieving master production plan.
Attend operational daily meetings to discuss production plans progress & variance.
Provides other support to production and management as required.
File, order supplies and perform miscellaneous duties for the production department through daily production follow-up sheet.
Participate in capacity analysis by specific work center.
Provide deviation report for the monthly plan and stoppage analysis of production for each order.
Measuring monthly power scrap for each order.

Education & Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Fresh Graduated with a grade at least good.
Strong attitude for using basic computer applications (e.g. MS-Office).
Strong quantitative, analytical, and systems thinking skills.
Effective communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation areas.
Proficiency in English.
