Job Purpose:

Provide Umrahs, trips, contests and honoring galas to the employees for achieving job satisfaction.


Job Responsibilities:

Respond to all employees’ needs on the Ticket System, and try to solve their problems to fulfill their wishes;
Visit employees at their working place to listen to them and solve their problems for increasing job satisfaction;
Pay the employees’ dues from the Union and register them on SAP to preserve their rights;
Update the Umrah file including (the eligibles for the Umrah - the deprived employees from Umrah - the deprived employees from accompanying a companion in Umrah - the employees postponed from Umrah), and communicate with the deceased employees’ families if they deserve Umrah to  ensure that employees get their rights;
Participate in publishing all job ads and offers and the senior management’s messages to ensure efficient and effective knowledge management;
Participate in applying the morale motivation system and the privileges provided by the company to the employees such as (one-day-trip - honoring the employees’ top children - honoring the outstanding employee - the players of Hadfna Wahed - the marriage grant - the birth delivery grant - 30 year Honours - the Union eligibles) to satisfy them;
Organize Al-Araby House tasks, elections and meetings, and follow up the communication meetings between the employees and general directors to reach effective communication for problem-solving and the proposals application study;
Participate in organizing entertainment, social and sports trips to increase job satisfaction;
Communicate with the deceased or disabled employees’ families at home to follow up their status and increase their satisfaction;
Conduct special visits to employees (visits to patients, marriages and deaths) in coordination with the concerned departments to raise the company’s employees’ loyalty and affiliation;.
Finalize (experience certificates for resigned employees + non-financial letters and data addressed to internal and external authorities) to ensure the work quality and increase the employees’ satisfaction;
Follow up the extraction of replacement of the employees’ new, lost or damaged visa cards from the bank and bring them to meet their needs;
Receive the bank clerks while providing the employees with services to increase their satisfaction.


Job Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commerce English section Is must
Fresh Grads are welcome to apply
years of experience in related field 0-2.
Good command in spoken and written English.
Good in Microsoft office programs.
Excellent communication skills.
Bani sweif resident are preferred to apply
