Job description
We are looking for a qualified Warehouse Leader to oversee all the Warehouse operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals, Our ideal candidates should have experience in Food and Beverages.
The Position of Assistant Team Leader - Warehouses responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation and safety.
Resolving problems and identifying warehouse system improvements
Developing and improving storage process.
Determine and track the most important warehouse KPIs
Monitor automated warehousing system
Providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances and implementing corrective actions
Creating daily work logs for the employees
Supporting in forecasting yearly budget.
Maintaining the Implementation of the FIFO ‘’first in first out’’ concept.
Ensuring the warehouses layout & space management.
Following up the distribution process and solve orders problems with the distribution team to ensure that all orders are departed on time.
Ensuring that workplace health and safety requirements are met.
Increasing the quality of loading, discharging, and transportation.
Monitoring the warehouse incoming and out coming stock.
Making plans to develop and improve team performance and annual appraisal.
Observe health and safety regulations; maintain warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly condition
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in the field of Supply Chain or Business administration.
2 - 3 years of experience in Warehouses or related field.
Must have strong leadership, communication, organizational & customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
