Perform regular audit for the website content to ensure that information availed at all customer touch-points is up-to-date
Follow monitoring standards for all customer service activities and implementation of quality standards
Perform regular testing for IVRs and accessibility testing for short number including Informative IVR
About you
University undergraduate
Fluent English both spoken and written.
Detailed and process oriented.
Flexibility in dealing with people with diverse working styles.
