About the role
Help in resourcing new employee online programs.
Negotiate new deals with suppliers; finalize the documentation of the deal and announcement.
Update the suppliers database.
Help with the assigned online Wellness program activities, plans and supplier deals to provide the needed activities.
About you
Perfect communication and negotiation skills.
Active and extrovert person.
Preferably worked on college fund raising campaigns.
Fluent English both spoken and written.
Detailed and process oriented.
Flexibility in dealing with people with diverse working styles.
Minimum knowledge of using spread sheets and reports.
Updated with the corporate employee benefits and new trends
Innovative and smart in coming up with new programs and ideas that could serve the employee experience and engagement.
