Quality Control Specialist at Zack's
Main purpose of job;
Responsible for driving , monitoring, overseeing and improving quality functions. Reporting directly to Quality upstream and working with production, supply chain team and compliance bodies
Job description includes;
Comply with all company policies including but not limited to quality, safety and food safety, GMP, HACCP, quality audits
Create, maintain, review and close non conformity and making sure keeping them at lowest possible level
Perform nee hire training on relevant quality programs like PRPs, food defense , allergens, knife skills, HACCP and others
Conduct and monitor good documentation practices on daily basis
Perform and responsible of materials inbounds, processing and time bounds according to Zacks specifications
Respond to internal audits / external and regulatory bodies requests
Assist with specification updates, HACCP program management and act as back up for upstream manager

Key success factors of candidates;
. Proper degree ( preferably Veterinary or Agricultural meat science)
.Must be October residence or nearby suburbs
. 3 to 5 years of experience in poultry or meat industry (specific butchery)
.pervious poultry or meat butchery experience is a plus
.Food safety/ HACCP experience and or certification is a plus
.Hard worker, team player,confident and capacity to learn
.Able to work under pressure on rotating shifts
