Medical Services Officer at Dar Al Fouad Hospital-pharmacist

Dar Al Fouad Hospital Nasr City is hiring MSO Officer. 

Job Duties: 

1- Analyze short and long-term data on medication errors, producing reports, making recommendations strategies

2- Provide reports monthly and annually including medication incidents reports and audits.

3- Develop and update of medication safety related polices. 

4- lead, manage and develop the medication safety education and training framework for all staff involved in the handling of medicines and ensure it is delivered throughout the Trust.

Job Requirements:

1- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science.

2- at least 1 year in the same or relevant field.

3- TQM or CPHQ Certificate is preferred.
