Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Lead - Laundry & Home Care At Henkel

YOUR ROLE
Provide general support and assistance to the Health & Safety staff and Health & Safety Manager
Support the factory management in all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environment matters
Assist in Health & Safety audits and produce audit reports as well as follow up on any pending actions
Inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices, in order to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations as well as Henkel's SHE standards
Identify SHE hazards and carry out risk assessments
Conduct regular audits for waste contractors sites to ensure compliance with Henkel's standards
Conduct investigations for all incidents and prepare related corrective & preventive actions
YOUR SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum of 3 years of relevant SHE experience, preferably at a similar FMCG environment
Fluent English speaker
Proficient user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented individual who will take the extra mile to ensure safety & sustainability endeavors are ever-present in the plant
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of leading others (direct reports and cross-functional stakeholder management)
