Edita is hiring a Purchasing Senior Specialist

Job Purpose:

Implementation of Vehicle Spare Parts & Safety materials consumables according to company and department’s regulations under the supervision of the department’s head

Responsibility:

1.Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to SAP Coded List; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives for proceeding
2.Design all quotes for new and existing vendors, recommend improvements to all delivery, process all purchase order requests, and monitor all change orders for all SAP procedures.
3.Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; for obtaining all conditions obtaining approval from requisitioning department.
4.Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders.
Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers.
5.Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation to finance department.
6.Presented of the purchasing strategic plan to ensure that all resources matches the requirements & regulations in coordinating with the supply chain department.
7.Provide updated database concerning suppliers and raw materials and follow them up.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office suite
Experience: Minimum 3 Years of experience in a similar field.
Language: Excellent command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing)
Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
