Producation Planner At Juhayna Food Industries

Job Description:
Calculating and ordering the plant requirements of raw and packaging materials to achieve the production plan.
Following up and ensure that the required materials are on the Plant ground at the required time.
Following up inventory limits at the production side.
Monitoring and reporting productivity and plan achievement daily.
Creating process orders on SAP for both finished & Semi-finished goods and close them on daily.
Making sure that all Plant stocks from Raw & Pack Materials are up to date on SAP.
Ensuring passing monthly and annual inventory to be taking on time with no deviation.
Creating & changing the BOM if necessary.
Creating & changing materials master recipe on SAP
Creating purchase orders for all the needed materials & services for production department.
Doing any required processes on SAP to ensure a smooth workflow.
Following up the productivity & cost KPIs to achieve the annual targets.
Monitoring and controlling production annual and monthly budget.
Monitoring and controlling production for raw, and packaging materials.
Creating monthly and annual reports.
Extracting any required reports from SAP.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of professional experience in Food Producation, or Producation planning role.
Bachelor of Agricultural preferably Food Science or Food Technology
Strong analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
SAP experience is a must.
