The Operational Start-Up Future Leaders training program is aimed at bridging the gap between academia and the professional landscape. Trainees will have the opportunity to work with an extended project team that bring our innovations into reality.
The main purpose of the OSL Job is to Plan the Operational side of an investment project ensuring a design for manufacturing excellence (free of waste) and Lead the execution by managing a cross-functional team whose objective is to ensure smooth ramp up production to meet the targeted cost and launch date.
Furthermore, trainees will have expansive exposure collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Production, Quality, HSE and Supply Chain.
What will make you successful
Must be an Engineering University Graduates with no more than 1 year working experience.
