Job Description

Main Purpose:


Responsible for planning, scheduling and allocating maintenance work and partnering with the HR in developing technicians' skills building program.


Maintenance planning and scheduling SAP PM set up and configuration

Develop skill set, identify trainers and prepare training annual calendar

Generate Maintenance and Inventory scorecard for periodic reviews and shared responsibility on planning & scheduling KPI and costs

Ensure full implementation of M&W standards in maintenance records (planned and unplanned downtime)


Accountabilities:


1- Maintenance planning and scheduling

Upload OEM maintenance tasks in SAP PM and create maintenance plans.

Lead weekly planning meetings to schedule maintenance work for the following week.

Review notifications and prioritize work.

Review resource availability and schedule work orders basis availability of resources.

2- Work Order Management

Print out PM and corrective work orders after weekly planning meeting and issue to technicians and follow with different sections the progress of execution.

Ensure pre-kitting of PM spares by technicians.

Custodian of data standards on work order and notification.


3- SAP PM Set Up and Configuration

Prepare master data on functional location for existing and new production lines and equipment and work with IT and SAP team for uploading on the system.

Identify spares requirement for machine and work with reliability engineer to set up spare parts master post spares criticality assessment.

4- Develop skill set, identify trainers and prepare agenda

Prepare skill set for each role by referring to PM tasks, mechanical/electrical trade skills and control automation skills.

Identify internal and external trainers and develop training agenda / content with the faculty.

Communicate cost of external training for the sake of budgeting in AOP.

5- Generate Maintenance and Inventory KPIs scorecard for periodic reviews and reflect responsibility on planning & scheduling KPI and costs.

6- Do the required analysis for top downtime and cost equipment and develop the required action plan with maintenance team leads to improve downtime and cost performance.

7- Responsible for maintenance self-assessment against PepsiCo maintenance global standards and analyze the gap for further improvement in results.


Qualifications/Requirements

1- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.

2- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Manufacturing is a must.

3- Team Leadership and Influence skills.

4- Strong Communication skills.

5- Strong computer skills (Word –Excel–Power point–SAP is preferable).

6- Excellent command of English Language (Reading – Writing – Speaking).
