Ensure the implementation of “Prerequisite programmes (PRPs)”
Increase food safety awareness inside the facility.
Set annual food safety objectives.
Improve and follow up on food safety plan.
Responsibility for ensuring full compliance to all category ratings requirements of AIB and global PepsiCo requirement.
Verification and validation of HACCP plan.
Ensure fully compliance to FSSC standard and conduct food safety audits where required.
Ensure fully compliance to NFSA standard and conduct food safety audits where required.
Organize PRPs training for site manager, internal and outsourcing employees.
Follow up of actions raised from internal and external audits.
Statute food safety work instructions.
Verify the compliance of IPM program regarding to required standards.
University degree (preferable Agriculture, Science).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Food Industry.
