Job Purpose


Major responsibility is to get things done through other people, make decisions, allocate resources and direct the activities of others to attain goals, do their work in an organization lead the department to achieve high production plan, GMP and safety.

Delivery of the needed pack in the right time with the right quality with the least cost per pack.

Key Responsibilities:


Organizing and determine what tasks are to be groped, who reports to whom and where decisions are to be taken either in processing or packaging.

Coordinate with other colleague to conduct internal audit group & internal safety committee.

Setting reasonable and achievable schedule to secure market demands and achieves the production plan.

Prepare and update all the documents related to the dept. (B.R, SOPs, Department EHS activities & risk assessments).

Organizing works and keeps the Supervisor / foremen informed with the key and critical issues that could affect the production.

Co-ordinate with the planner to arrange the monthly plan and the shop order flow pattern to achieve the monthly plan and fulfil the commercial needs by attending PCM in a weekly basis & pre-supply review in a monthly basis.

Responsible for adding the dimension and materials of pack. Material to cope with the specification of the machines.

Introducing new safety ideas to maintain safety in work by delivery a number of ZAPs that represent the department.

Conduct Level I audit in his dept.

Submit monthly safety check list & attend internal safety committee every quarter.

Decreasing the yield variance and the product cycle time by establishing productivity measures, by improving the staff and machine productivity.

Preparing the department to meet the GQP/GMP/Safety requirements.

Follow up and supervise all daily business activities & responsible for on job technical training of all sub-ordinates and their development, also member of technical training committee.

Develop personal & procedures.

The commitment to implement the SOPs instructions for the required work and to ensure that there is good training conducted.

Adherence to standards of Data Integrity & ALCOA.

Knowledge/ Education / Previous Experience Required:


Education and Experience:


Pharmacy Degree

3 years' experience in different areas

Practical experience of work in pharmaceutical company.

Communication skills.

Supervisory skills.

Problem solving skills.

Must possess sufficient creative talents.

Ability to lead, inspire, and coach a team.

Good command of English language.

Good computer skills.
