JOB PURPOSE
The SME’s (SBL) Sales Officer is responsible for implementing sales plan for the department to achieve the goals set by the Retail Management and implements the SME’s (SBL) Sales initiatives set by the Department.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACOUNTABILITIES
Maximizes products sales to reach set targets by probing customer needs
Implements the detailed SME’s (SBL) sales plans to achieve his/her targets
Plans daily calls and visits to ensure achievement against targets
Adhere to the bank instructions on Control in order to avoid any fraudulence
Promotes EGBANK SME’s (SBL) product and services through direct and cross selling techniques to achieve the bank’s goals and increase its market share in SME’s (SBL) Sales
Maintains a strong relationship with customers and work constantly on improving it, and ensures that service quality exceeds customers’ expectations and fulfills customers’ needs on a level that ensures preserving those customers
Represents the bank in the exhibitions and campaigns that the bank conducts to reflect the best image of the bank

Number of customers complaints and recurrence of customers complaints
Customers retention rate
Number of cross selling conducted by the job holder

Number of customers attracted by the job holder through exhibitions and campaigns

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education
: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or financial sciences from a reputable university

Languages
: Fluent in Arabic and English (writing and speaking)
Ideal experience
: Minimum 1 year experience in Retail Banking and sales
