Canal Sugar is recruiting a “ Quality Micro Lab Engineer " with
the below details:
- Job Summary:
Ensure and follow making microbiological analysis and hygiene in all industrial process steps and final product in high precision. and making a detailed reports discussing the status of the factory data
- Job Description :
• Calibrating and adjusting the instruments of the micro laboratory used in analysis.
• Follow up the uniformity of samples from different stages of the factory.
• Follow up making a suitable analysis of the products as per required specifications.
• Follow up and conduct tests and experiments according to a restricted technical basis for every analysis.
• Follow up and record the product results in laboratory dashboard and recording any remarks
• Can work in other stations in the factory according to the work needs if suitable to his/her qualifications.
- Qualifications/ Competencies
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in science chemistry/microbiology.
• Minimum 2 Years of professional experience.
• Minya Residents only / Males & Females.
• Fundamental knowledge of Microbiology
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Excellent English writing and verbal skills.
• Planning/Organizing Skills.
• Accuracy with labeling and documentation.
