Job Requirements
- Experience : 0 : 3 Years (Available for fresh graduates)
- Bachelor's degree (Veterinary medicine - Agriculture )
- Good English language (spoken & written)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Order fulfillment and customer service experience is required

*Description
- Coordinate between customer services, factory production team and logistics team to ensure all customer orders have been fulfilled correctly, to the strictest hygiene standards and delivered to customers on time
- Process and manage the fulfillment of Online Orders as well as Call Center Orders
- Work closely with the delivery and logistics team to ensure all orders are delivered on time. Inform customers of any delays if required.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues, if necessary. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat in English or Arabic depending on customer language preference.
- Stock Management of all products and packaging to coordinate with purchasing and marketing teams
- Provide weekly and monthly analysis reports to management
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Follow up on any complaints and make sure all of them are closed with corrective action
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Marketing team
- Review and maintain quality and food safety of all products.
- Carry out the necessary procedures in the case of defects products.
- Assist in the investigation of food safety complaints and ensure that corrective actions are taken.
- Contact with the top management about a new product development, improvement of an existing one or extension.
- Problem solving, and ability to collaborate across departments, and all levels of the organization.
- Continuously find ways to improve our processes, ways of working, capabilities.
