Job Description
Develop safety policies and strategies,
Inspects and monitors any violations of health and safety instructions, and stops them immediately until corrective action is taken.
Conduct safety audits to identify possible hazards and address potential accidents.
Monitor & analyze the safety performance & objectives.
lead safety training programs for employees & explain health and safety laws and regulations, detail safety procedures, discuss preventative strategies.
Generate Safety Issue Reports investigate incidents, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure that the issue leading to the incident has been addressed and corrected.
Determine unsafe conditions & Apply the needed safety procedures.
Conducting fake trials on facing emergencies and laying out different scenarios for them, in combination with the concerned departments.
Investigate and analyze accidents, injuries, and occupational diseases, and determines recommendations and precautions to be taken to prevent their recurrence.
Ensure that all required risk assessments and risk mitigation plans are properly conducted and executed to eliminate all identified safety risks
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Agriculture.
Minimum 8 years of experience.
Manufacturing or FMCG background is highly preferred.
Very good command of English.
Excellent level of using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
NEBOSH & OSHA are plus.
Must have ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
