Job Purpose

Providing, a world-class standard of cash service to customers as well as business partners.

.Reporting to, Bulk cash Team Leader/Local Operation Manager.


Main accountabilities and approximate time split

Accountability: Business Activities

Delivering high operational quality and world class Service

Time Split: 80% • Outputs:

Monitor of daily cash limits in branches & Work closely with branches cash managers to achieve the financial targets by reducing the cash Volumes in the branches.

Provide branches by required cash upon their request.

Make necessary arrangements with CIT suppliers to facilitate movement of cash between branches, Bulk cash unit and other banks.

Maintain high quality of cash pickup service and facilitate it’s process for Large Corporate customers:

Provide relevant cash flow data to managements through required MIS & reports (Daily –Weekly - Monthly)

Deliver required data of Bulk Cash Unit to CBE.

Follow reconciliation of the units GL’s, providing it’s relevant proof documents.

Meet governance, risk management, controls and compliance requirements.

Handling any complaints received in accordance with procedures.

Monitoring the cash in transit with the outsourced companies through all the routes until reaching the final destination, to ensure proper accounting to customer and proper reconciliation.

Own and manage customer queries and complaints by taking ownership and resolving in a timely manner.

Review CIT invoices and get all approvals needed till submit to account payables to proceed

Handel Record Management Index onsite / offsite and data capture sheet.

Deliver world class customer service practices and ensure adherence to AWB Service standards.

Giving special attention to the suspicious transactions if any.

Close monitoring of the performance of cash service provider up to the agrees

Accountability: People Activities Team Work


Time Split: 15% • Work closely with the Team Leader and the rest of team members as one team to deliver excellent performance.

Create healthy working environment inside the department.

Share knowledge experience and best practice with other team members.

Agree performance development objectives with the team leader.

Accountability: Self

Time Split: 5% • Setting the performance development objectives with the manager in charge

Exerting a constant effort for self-development to increase personal effectiveness, knowledge and areas for development.

Pursue self-development to increase personal effectiveness acknowledging, strengths and areas for development.

Knowledge, Qualifications/ Experience:

Essential

Deep knowledge of the processes and procedures relevant to head cashier & cash in transit

Fair awareness of central bank of Egypt regulations as well as AWB policies and Regulations.

Full awareness of various features of bank notes and denominations.

A good knowledge and understanding of banking cash management procedures.

A sound knowledge of the bank's internal departments, systems & procedures
