Experience : From 2 To 3 Years in the medical insurance field.
Education : Bechalor Degree.
Location : Nasr city .
Main Duties:
Working as the vocal point between the company employees and medical provider as follows:
1. Follow up medical approvals with service providers for employees.
2. Advise the company employees with inside network medical providers in a diversified fields and areas.
3. Follow up the monthly medical.
4. Receiving complaints from employees and seeking solutions with management.
5. Follow up addition and deletion process for new hired and resigned with the provider.
6. Follow-up of the issuance of medical IDs and annual renewal and the extraction of another "replacement of lost."
7. Submit periodical reports to the management.
